Primary 4 had an amazing day spent at Davagh Forest and the OM Dark Sky Park and Observatory. They had a guided walking tour of part of the forest and got to meet one of the Giants of the Sperrins -The Stargazer - Ceoldán. The kids had their lunch followed by a tour of the OM Dark Sky Observatory. They got to see the huge telescope and hear all about the stars and the importance of the dark skies.
