P5 welcomed staff from the Beam Creative Network into their classroom to deliver an internet safety workshop. The pupils were learning how to protect themselves on the internet, following the 4 key word approach of Tell, Block, Leave and Report. It was an important message and P5 pupils were very knowledgable in the discussion.

Every child has the right to reliable information from a variety of sources, and governments should encourage the media to provide information that children can understand. Governments must help protect children from materials that could harm them.
