We had a visit from Sandra from LMC (Livestock & Meat Commission). She explained the important work of the Northern Ireland Beef & Lamb Quality Assurance Scheme. It ensures that we receive high quality foodstuff to eat. Sandra also cooked us a delicious meal using the high quality assured beef. We loved the experience!
