P2 have been busy exploring the fascinating life cycle of caterpillars! Over the past few weeks, we have been carefully observing caterpillars growing and changing right in our classroom, sparking lots of curiosity and excitement.
Using these real-life experiences, the children worked together to write their own reports about caterpillars. Each group took on special roles to support their teamwork: a writer to record ideas, a checker to make sure the work made sense, a word finder to help with spelling, and a speaker to share their learning with others.
Everyone contributed as thinkers, discussing what they had seen and learned. We are so proud of the fantastic reports they produced!
